I've actually heard that everybody has almost perfect abs under all of their stomach fat (even if it doesnt' look like you are fat). I started eating pretty sensibly last year but not exercising at all, and all of a sudden my abs started showing up. So that thing must be right. Adding that to your exercise regimine should give you some sick toned abs. Good luck

what i did was i watched a basic pilates video and then combined those crunches with what i was doing. my crunches mostly worked my upper abs but pilates works your lower abs as well. good luck!

Leg lifts or pretty much any movement involving lifting your legs up against gravity. You can do situps in which you not only bring your head toward you knees, but your knees toward your head.

Another thing you could do is to go in push up position, except have your elbows and forearm touching the ground, and then hold that for as long as you can. that burns fat in your abs and shoulders. Remember that only your toes, elbows, and forearms can touch the ground, no knees, abs, or stomach.
