okay so i have upper abs, but what are ways to get lower abs? cardio & running which i'll do when its warmer but what else? crunches don't work so don't say them haha.. thanks
skippy_pebbles answered Monday March 26 2007, 1:37 am: what i did was i watched a basic pilates video and then combined those crunches with what i was doing. my crunches mostly worked my upper abs but pilates works your lower abs as well. good luck! Another thing you could do is to go in push up position, except have your elbows and forearm touching the ground, and then hold that for as long as you can. that burns fat in your abs and shoulders. Remember that only your toes, elbows, and forearms can touch the ground, no knees, abs, or stomach. [ TheWallflower's advice column | Ask TheWallflower A Question ]
