what should i do? hi im about 5 10 1/2 tall and weigh somewhere between 185-190 pounds..i want to lose 10 pounds then satrt lifting weights is 10 punds good and whats the quickest way to lose it along with dieting?

just stay away from bread and eat healthy.
I think that 10 pounds is enough because your tall and you dont want to loose too much. But just eat healthy and maybe excercise but it looks like you are already wanting to do that but part of you weight may be muscle so i wouldnt loose too much more. ]
I don`t know if you would call this dieting, but you should CHANGE your diet.
Like:
Don`t eat any bread. [you can substitute this with WHITE rice without any addings such as butter]
Drink lots of ORANGE JUICE and other fruit juices.
Find out what you love doing [dancing, bike riding, etc] and go with that!
Instead of hardcore meals like gumbo, lobster, chicken etc. go with steamed vegies, fruits, and GREEN PEAS without butter [;
SWIM!!
nothing greasy.
SWEAT A LOT.
fastest way>> go to a steam room and SWEAT A LOT but make sure to get a lot of water in your body.
lastly, drink A LOT OF MINERAL WATER [perrier, pellegrino, jermuk, etc] BECAUSE THEE BUBBLES FILL YOU UP SO YOU DON`T GET THAT HUNGRY!
