love handles love handles love handles! how do i get rid of them! they are honestly driving me crazy, when i put on pants of a skirt thats all i see! what can i doo ?!

try doing crunches and push ups. dancing and just any type of ongoing movement helps.

hey, well pretty much everyone has love handles. i only weigh 100 pounds and i have them also. there really not as bad as you think. just excercise and try to stay fit. hopefully they will shrink a little, but thats all your going to be able to go down too.
