exercise How can I get exercise when I can't run because of the weather, can't ride my stationary bike anymore because it broke...? Things I can do around the house? Fat-burning, calorie-burning things? HELP!!!

do 10 killers
cherry pickers,
run up and down your stairs 10 times
do push ups and/or situps when you wake up and before you go to bed
if you have a tredmile go on that.
and if u have wieghts you can try walknig up and down the steps with the weights! ]
hey
try running up and down the stairs 20 or so times. do reps of 10 and then take a 2 minute break.
do push-ups on the side of the bed.
lift heavy boxes up and down for arms.
do leg lifts... keep both your legs together and STRAIGHT and lift them up off the ground (harder than it reads) it's a GREAT stomach excercise.
just walk around the house. if your parents or siblings need you to run downstairs and get something, do it! every little thing you do counts :]

crunches, sit ups as many from (30 to 60) running in place, or lunges

...any kind of excerising were your just sitting/standing still ]
