ARe there any ways to make your breats bigger any kind of fruits i just need to get more developed or is there any kind of way other then plastic surgery

Unfortunately, no. :(
However, you can wear push-up bras, water bras, etc. to make your breasts appear bigger. You can buy these at Victoria's Secret (the best are found there), or even Wal-mart.
You just have to wait it out..sorry to say.

well, i have heard of these things nd they are like jellu packet things. they are round to fit your size nad you just put them into your bra and it makes you bigger. look for htem, they sell them anywhere.
