dance/workout music

Question Posted Sunday March 25 2007, 12:30 pm

What are some good songs that you can workout to? Like high beat kind of stuff. I want to find some upbeat songs I can listen to when I workout at the gym.

Here's a few off the top of my head that I have used at some point whilst going to the gym (a few are still on my mp3 players playlist for when I go to the gym).

* Black Eyed Peas - Pump It
* Busta Rhymes - Fire It Up
* Chemical Brothers - Bomb The Bass
* Initial D - Blast My Desire (Jap)
* Snap - Rhythm Is A Dancer
* Sunblock - I'll Be Ready
* VNV Nation - Fearless
* Eric Prydz - Call On Me

In my opinion, rap/hip hop/pop songs are the kind that usually get me going:

- Fergalicious by Fegie
- London Bridge by Fergie
- Beep by Pussycat Dolls
- Caribou Lou by Tech N9ne
- Hustlin by Rick Ross
- Jigglin by Ying Yang Twins
- Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake
- Money Maker by Ludacris
- Rock Yo Hips - Crime Mob

If you don't like that type of music, try bands like System of a Down.
