Well track starts next week at my school.
and im really nervous because, we have relay tryouts and whoevers the top 4 fastest gets on. and last year barly anyone was on the track team. But this year everyones doing it
Is there anyway i can get faster?
Also;
EAT HEALTHIER. Instead of eating fatty foods, EAT veggies, fruits etc.
Become a vegan [one that doesn`t eat anything with a face] until the tryouts.
GET A HAIRCUT. haha yeah that sounds really RETARDED, but it`s true. OR, if you have thick hair, get it thinned out. I know many people may not know this, but your head weishs 8 pounds, and you hair [from the roots] weishs about 1 lb. So trust me and do it [; You`ll feel lighter.
