You have to look away first. basically, you have the power then, and you leave him interested to know more and be around you. When you walk past him, it wouldn't hurt to lightly brush his shoulder or get close to him, but don't make it blatantly obvious that you are trying to get his attention and run flat into him. Wear a nice smelling perfume....i asked my guy friend how he notices certain girls in the hallway and he said that scent or smell is one of the most intriguing things about a girl along with how she looks..(confident...happy..physically put together)

Instead of walking by, strut by. Move your hips a bit and hold your head up high. It also helps to have a great scent on so he'll smell you after he sees you. He'll deffinitely notice.
When you talk to him, smile, crack a joke, and leave him with something to think about. Just let your personality shine!
