cheerleading workout

I am on a horrible cheerleading squad right now. No one is into it on my squad so I really want to join an all-star team. I know i'll have to work hard for that so can someone who is really into cheering give me a good routine to do everyday for my fitness and flexibility? Like stretches, work outs, everything! I really want to be able to get all my jumps and stretches (heel stretch, etc) to be good! Please tell me how many of each thing I should do and how often I should do it! Thanks so much :)

OK, well im am all star cheerleader...
And.. im assuming, ur small, and a flyer? Cause.. you mentioned , "heel stretches"..but yea..
I had the same problem before I joined an all star team! My high school is HORRIBLE! and no one "has love for it"~

but yea, i think youre asking, what you should do to keep in shape and boost your cheerleading skills?
My advice would be to..
make sure you stretch everyday (like the normal stretching, Ex. sit in a straddle and stretch, touch your toes, stretch out your arms, etc)
We were told, while we watch tv, to just sit and stretch, that kinda helps...to become more felxible.. umm.. for workouts, running (like around your neighborhood or something) helps all your muscles, push ups (probably like, 20-40 a day), crunches (around 70),...i dunno.. If you have any specific questions, just ask me.. cause i dont think im completely answering what youre asking??
