Losing it in a healthy way isn't very realistic, although possible. A lot of it depends on your body type.

First of all, if you want to lose it in an UNHEALTHY manner, go on a popular diet such as the atkins diet. Or, just any diet that does not involve exercises and/or eating carbs and proteins.

If you want to lose it in a healthy manner, I'd recommend running at least 2 miles each day. If you can't do this, run as much as you can but pace yourself, then work your way up. If you're going to run on a treadmill, pace yourself for at least 40 minutes(treadmill running isn't nearly as effective as real running). Maybe some yoga or pilate exercises after this would also be effective, but the key is cardio.

Watch the foods you eat, no donuts, slurpees, soda, coffee, chocolate, ice cream, etc...

Drink a lot of water. Eat your fruits and veggies, avoid protein shakes unless if it's whey protein(but I still wouldn't really reommend whey protein if you want to lose weight).

Use a BMI calculator to determine if it is necessary to lose weight. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) Hope it helps.

I weigh 4 more pounds than you, and I'm 5'4". Does that mean I'm fat too?

You're not fat, and it's impossible to lose that amount of weight within a less than 3 month period. No way.

Just eat healthy, stay away from sweets/sugars/fast food & sodas. Drink lots of water & milk, and exercise everyday for 20 minutes.

Dude the most awesomest way to lose weight fast is a low car live it (dieit) that is what models and actors do that is safe. I would say that Atkins works faster but the South Beach Diet is a better thing to do if you are looking to keep the weight off. This is the thing though! You are not fat. You are just around the wrong people. I am 5'1" and when I was 145-135 I was getting all the dudes in NYC and Brooklyn and Queens and Brooklyn. If I had gone to Long Island I would have gotten them there too. And I don't mean just fat guys or black guys. I got whatever race I wanted whatever size I wanted. You just gotta be confident! Confidence is the Key and that is the truth. Ask any dude that is like 20 and over (most of the younger ones are lame and stupid) hahaha. Peace
