whats an easy way to loose some weight in a week?
i weight about 135
but i still have a little chub and i want to loose it so can some one please give me ideas how to loose it in about a week?

ok i am a 13 year old girl, and i weigh 117 pounds. im 5'3 too. i wear a size 8 in womens. and my show size is 9 in womens. are my feet big? or is my weight over weight?

my cousin is obese...and wel tell her to lose weight but she never does...well make fun of her and say we lost weight but she won't ever listen..and everytime were like "r" your obese!!..s.he'll be like nu uh..or no i'm not...she's about 5 2 and 144 in the 6th going to 7th grade..and she weighed that much since the last time i checked which was about 6 months ago..i don't know wat to do
her sis will bring it up and tell her then my cousin like shut up no i'm not and call their mom...then their mom will yelll at her sis b/c she brought it up...i don't know wat to do
do you knowo how we can make her lose weight or help her relize it's time to lose weight?

I'm talking about the home version game Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2. I know that it is a great way to exercise because you are definitely moving a lot. Now, on the workout program, you input your weight, dance to a song, and then they tell you about how many kCals you burned. Now, here is my question: If I eat popcorn and consume 200 calories, then go burn 200 kCals on DDR, did I burn off that popcorn? Now I know that its just an estimate but roughly, is that about correct? Or is kCal a different amount than Calories? I tried to look it up on google but I didn't understand anything.

15/f. tomorrow after school i'm going out with a bunch of friends, but then we are all going back to someone's house to swim. So my question is, is there anything i can do or eat that will keep me thin throughout the day so i look good in my bathing suit?
in the morning when i wake up i am really thin. but after i eat my stomach kind've "expands". so is there any special tips that i can do to keep my stomach flat? or what are some foods that will guaruntee me to stay thin and not to expand?
i am going to school, so i can't just skip lunch or anything. oh and please don't be like they're your friends, they don't care how thin you are, i know that. its just that i want to look my best since a lot of guys will be there. thanks sooo much!

okay to start out im 14. im about 5' 2'' and 97 lbs. i have been working out a lot lately...i have swim practice 6 days a week, i run 2.5 miles every other day, and i bike ride about 3 miles every sunday. i have been doing this for about 2 and a half weeks now and i havent lost any weight at all..will i ever?

i need to tighten my butt because i have "dimples" on my butt, and since it's summertime, i don't want my butt to look funny in a bikini. what are some exercises i can do and are there any sites that can help me with this?

I'm a teenage girl, and I'm pretty active I guess because I work out a lot (but when i'm not exercising i'm just sitting) and I'm a ballerina and I take other dance classes, and i'm amazingly careful about what/how much I eat and I examine every calorie I consume.
I eat between 1200-1700 cals per day (but usually around 1350, 1700 would be unusual) but everyone else my age goes way above that, and they don't watch what they eat and they don't even KNOW what calories are! And they are sticks.
I'm about 20 pounds overweight, but I used to be obese (like 45 over) and recently I didn't watch what I ate for 4 days- just 4 DAYS and I gained 5 pounds.
My anorexic friend and I were at the beach ...

what should my "average" weight be?
or the normal.
is 110 too little?

Um if you never went to gymnastics before, can you still join even though you're thirteen or older?
I wanted to join gymnastics so just get a little flexible when I was little but we had no money and now when I excercise and try to kick up the highest i can get is a kindergarden's height even though i'm skinny.

I'm 5'8" and I weigh 127 I would like to be 117 because i'm just not happy with my figure. How can I lose the weight? I don't eat half the time and that doesn't work. I also work out everyday I play volleyball and basketball throughout the week so I'm not just sitting around.

summers coming and i want to loose 25lbs over break for my junior year. i mainly want to loose weight in my gut and thighs, and perhaps back (weird, i know).
what i need is good diet tips.
motivational tips that will help me.
meals that will help fill me up so i don't overeat.
and a workout plan that is effective on the parts i want to tone/loose weight in.

Before I posted about how I wanted to lose weight to be healthy (15/f, 5'4", 138 lbs) by means of exercising and eating healthy. I want to lose 18 pounds by either mid-july or beginning of august. So I have a couple of questions (please answer as many as you can :x)
1) Is that an attainable and healthy goal? (exercising for an hour and losing an assumed 600 calories, by brisk walking and jogging and cutting out junk foods... and on some occassions, softball)
2) Will my body become toned, so I don't have a huge belly/fat thighs?
3) Will my jean size go down, (currently I'm a 6)?

is it very abnormal if this is the first year i have had my period and i got it 2 times 2months in a row october and november but havent had it since?? you see i wanted to lose 5 pounds but i was already skinny enough i just wanted to weigh the same as my friend i was 95 and went to 90 now im back up to 95 and not on a diet (when i say diet not eating as much)please help =/
