15/f. tomorrow after school i'm going out with a bunch of friends, but then we are all going back to someone's house to swim. So my question is, is there anything i can do or eat that will keep me thin throughout the day so i look good in my bathing suit?
in the morning when i wake up i am really thin. but after i eat my stomach kind've "expands". so is there any special tips that i can do to keep my stomach flat? or what are some foods that will guaruntee me to stay thin and not to expand?
i am going to school, so i can't just skip lunch or anything. oh and please don't be like they're your friends, they don't care how thin you are, i know that. its just that i want to look my best since a lot of guys will be there. thanks sooo much!

And don't worry about trying to impress guys by keeping your stomach flat anyways- you'll be in a bathing suit, surrounded by many other girls dressed the same way. I can assure you that they won't be overanalyzing how much your stomach expands when you eat.

If not, eat at the person's house who's having the swim gathering. Eat like some crackers. Get your fill of food just don't eat too much. Maybe eat yogurt or something during lunch.
