your already 97lb. thats skinny enuf for a 14 yr old. you realy dont want to becom anorexic. thats like the min. for a 14 yr old. theres nothing wrong with it. but maybe eating healthy will help you maintain it. so just eat healthy. doant eat any sugar or fat ao carbs. running daily will help build your leg muscles and help you burn carbs. keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat

the reason why you don't lose weight is because you don't have weight to lose. If you do lose any weight, it's going to be very, very, very unhealthy for you.

no if anything, you need to gain weight.
97lbs for someone your height isn't that great.
healthy weight = 110lbs.

You're 14, you're 97 lbs- why you want to lose anymore I don't understand but just because something doesn't happen in 2 and a half weeks doesn't mean it'll never happen. It isn't the end of the world.

LM answered Thursday May 31 2007, 6:15 pm:
Why would you need to? You're fine already.

All that might happen is stronger muscles and you'll look more "toned". But you don't need to lose weigh so that's probably why you aren't...
