okay to start out im 14. im about 5' 2'' and 97 lbs. i have been working out a lot lately...i have swim practice 6 days a week, i run 2.5 miles every other day, and i bike ride about 3 miles every sunday. i have been doing this for about 2 and a half weeks now and i havent lost any weight at all..will i ever?

CheerCandi answered Friday June 1 2007, 10:01 pm: your already 97lb. thats skinny enuf for a 14 yr old. you realy dont want to becom anorexic. thats like the min. for a 14 yr old. theres nothing wrong with it. but maybe eating healthy will help you maintain it. so just eat healthy. doant eat any sugar or fat ao carbs. running daily will help build your leg muscles and help you burn carbs. keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat
