I'm 5'8" and I weigh 127 I would like to be 117 because i'm just not happy with my figure. How can I lose the weight? I don't eat half the time and that doesn't work. I also work out everyday I play volleyball and basketball throughout the week so I'm not just sitting around.
toriiii answered Tuesday May 29 2007, 5:12 pm: well that sounds like a pretty weight for being tall. but you just need to work out like you are and if it seems like you are gaining more weight it's because muscle weighs more than fat so your actaully healthy& just get healthy foods. look on the back of the food wrappers because you start to eat it, it would be much healthier than not eating because your stomach will just grow more once you start to eat again& plus thats not good. gsngirl7 answered Tuesday May 29 2007, 3:26 pm: Try just staying away from sugary drinks like soda. Walking can help you lose weight and it can help tone your legs as a bonus.
