HELP ok so i love to dance i love it alot do you think if i get dance videos or something and start doing that if that will help me lose weight????

3 words... Yoga Booty Ballet
Ashley Simpson is a fan also. They have tons of DVDs, each with their own dance style. Don't expect to drop massive weight. If you want to tone and firm and have fun doing cardio, this is good for you. I find that I need to do more to actually drop pounds and really "feel the burn".
