just wondering. i am a female, around 185 lbs. and about 5'4
what should my "average" weight be?
or the normal.
is 110 too little?
oh and any good tips to help me get to my goal.

im 5'4' also, and i weigh 106. but im extremely little & i dont think 110 is too little. it's like perfecttt. ♥ corey. ]
Well, it all depends on your habits.
I used to weigh about the same at the same height when I was a teen... but I trained at least 3 nights a week for several hours at my karate club in addition to walking twice a day and lifting weights.
Remember that the BMI isn't always the right way to go... because if it was, then I was an obese size 10 black belt with 4-pack abs!
Everyone is different. Go by how you look, not what you weigh. If you weigh a little more than you ideally would want to, but you look good, I wouldn't worry about it.
To get to your goal? Eat healthy, snack in moderation, and exercise. Whatever exercise you can do, do it. I'm severely asthmatic, and I managed to do it, so find something you like and get active! ]

if you weigh 140 your pants size could range between 8-11, it depends on the pants style and brand. as for shirt you'd probably be medium.

110 is too little, I'm 5'4" as well, and your average weight should be minimum around 120 and maximum around 140.
115 is okay.. 110 though is really too little.
and to get to your goal just eat right, cut out junk food from your diet. Try eating like six small meals every day, and oh of course exercise. :) ]
I am your height and weight and I think I am fine 110 is a bit thin why do you want to make such a drastic weight reduction. try not drinking cold drinks drink lots of water eat fruit or vegetables when you have a sweet tooth craving try excercise and walking be healthy ]
110 is not too little, but 185 is a little over what you should be. Age is a dependant also. I'm about 5'6, i'm 14, and i weight about 121, and thats supposidly normal for my body type. I would assume your normal would be around 115-120, but i wouldn't try to get there, because that is just too unhealthy. But you should gradually try to lose some weight. Hope i helped =] ]
