Why did the city that I live in put "no parking" signs on by my house?

Some people that I think work for the city came by my house and put "no parking" signs on the curbs of my house. They didn't put any of these signs in my neighbors yard, why would they just put these signs in my yard. We cant park on the curb of the street by our house, but my neighbors can park on their side of the street. The signs say " no parking anytime". None of my neighbors have these "no parking" signs on their curbs. Why do I have it on mine?

im gay and my mother hates it and dont accept it but im about to graduate this year im a senior and im plannin on goin to college and im thinkn about goin natural so i can get dreads but my mother forbids it but wen i go off to college my mothers nt goin to b there to do my hair and i dont have a job so im nt and can pay to get my hair done in styles every week so wat yu thnk i should do?

There's this guy & I really like him. We have talked before. The flirting & "I really like you & I hope we can date" kind of talking. Then he called everything off because I've dated a lot of guys in my past & because we barely knew each other. Then he dated his ex-girlfriend for about a month, then they broke up. & now we're talking again. I asked him why he did what he did & he said he doesn't know, but it was a mistake. I want us to be more than friends that make out & flirt. But I'm not sure if he does. I don't know what to do.

How can i deal with a uncle dying of cancer?

The doctor said that he doesnt have long to live. He just lays on his couch everyday looking sick and he has gotten really skinny. My family brings him tons of food everyday. He doesnt eat anything, he says he doesnt have an apetite and the food doesnt taste like anything. He also says he's in pain everywhere and he falls if he tries. I don't want my favorite unlce to die :(

Yesterday me my bf and his friends were hanging out..
then we all went to his friends place and there me and my bf were having a long chat in the bedroom...
but then suddenly he came close to me and started kissing me in my cheeks and finally we ended up smooching and he sucked my breast and thats it...
we had a great time and i felt safe with him..
but then after we came home he dint even messaged or called me once and its like everytime ...
do you guys think is it that he is just interested in my body and not in me?
i really love him...
but i want him to love me and not my body...
whenever we are together he is good to me bt as the day starts he changes ...

My ex and i broke were together for a year and a month, and have been broken up for one month. Through the one month, we would talk on and off and sometimes he'd be a complete dick and other times he'd be really sweet. He invited me to hangg out with him 2 weeks ago and said bring a friend so i said ill bring my friend Kyle.. and he blew up on me and everything because i was going to bring a guy even though when we broke up he told me he wasnt in love with me etc. so i didnt think hed care. My first kiss

So my boyfriend went out of town a few weeks ago and promised he'd kiss me when he got back and that sorta didn't happen we both got nervous and he kinda kissed me right above my lip... so anyway he's gone again and I had been so mad that I didn't go for the kiss the last time so I promised I would kiss him on our next date which is in a week. I'm terrified! I really want to kiss him because I love him but I'm just so nervous about how to bring it up and when to actually do it on our date. This is my first kiss and his also so I have no idea what to do.

My boyfriend and I have not been dating for long, but we have known eachother for a couple of years and we both really like eachother. The only issue is that his mother detests homosexuality. It somehow came up in a conversation they were having, and she said that she would rather him be dead than gay. We used to be able to hang out when his mom was at work, but her schedule changed and we are no longer able to hang out. He harldy texts me, and we never get to be alone anymore. I love him, so much. Ex's Friend flirting!

My ex broke up with me just over a year ago, we didn't stay friends (my choice) as I felt it was the best way to move on. A few weeks later one of his friends messaged me and was flirting etc, it didn't lead anywhere as I dismissed it but he wanted it to and since then we've remained friends, although he still will often hint that he likes me as more than a friend.
A year down the line and a different friend of my ex is flirting with me. I know my ex doesnt know about either of his friends contacting me because he wouldn't be able to keep his mouth shut about it and they don't flirt in front of him, I'm just wondering why his friends are choosing me to ask out?? even a year down the line?

Just as a survey, how would you guys rate/handle a situation with:
A girl and guy (18 years both almost 19)
Guy doesnt pay for girl, girl always drives guy around because the guy doesnt have a car. They both say they love each other, talk about marriage, and kids. Guy doesnt have a job yet but aspires to have one; girl is going away to college, guy is going to a community college and they both plan to stay together.
What if you were the boy or girl, would you guys say this is a good realtionship?

Desire to hurt my kitten and my family members

I love animals -- and I've always loved animals. Now, I have a kitten and he's absolutely sweet, and adorable though he likes to bite and scratch me sometimes.
Regardless, I honestly just feel like hurting him but I don't know why! All sorts of things come into my mind on how I can hit him, or kill him.
And I've already a couple of times, roughly thrown him or shoved him off of me when he was jumping on my hand/fingers to bite.
I mean I also get these thoughts about my family members from time to time as well like my brother. I love him, but even sometimes I want to kill him and I get really odd thoughts like wanting to stab him while he's asleep, or this one time when I was renovating my cl...

How do you block people on the new MSN??

SO i have the new msn, it was updated a long time ago. Well i know on the old messenger you could block and delete people. But on this new msn, all you can do is delete people. Which i dont like because they still have your email where blocking prevents them from having any contact with you.
So i was just wondering if there was a way to block someone on the new MSN (latest one)??? If you have to do something more then wat you would have to do on the other one?
