Q: what is up with this? i got a part time job at a retail store that just opened a month ago in my local mall and for the first 2 or 3 weeks i was on the schedule and worked the hours when they needed me, and always showed up on time and did what i was supposed to. every month we get a calendar to write down the hours we can work for every day and what days we cannot work at all. when i went for training for this job, there were not enough copies of the calendar so i never got one.. during the 1st week of june i had my senior class trip and told one of the managers that i would not be able to work for a certain amount of days and she wrote it down on a piece of paper. when i came back from the trip i called them, and she told me that i was not on the schedule for the week. another week went by and i called again and was not on the schedule.. and this week, is the 3rd week i haven't been on it.

i was gonna cover for my friend before but i had an on call shift and they told me i didnt need to go in. i asked about the schedules for next week and she told me to call back when the store is closed because it was really busy. they still owe me a paycheck too.

its summer now and i really need a job..but this is not working out. i dont even know if i have a job there at this point since im never on the schedule, but they never told me if i was fired or anything. what should i do?

well it seems like they are firing you and not telling you. but maybe they just don't need you right now. you need to call them and ask them why your never on the schedule because that is rediculous that they don't tell you. just call them and if they tell you your fired tell them you quit so it would be so easier for you to get another job.

Q: I have an Ipod touch 2.2.1 version. I want to Jailbreak it so I can get apps. does anyone know how I can do it?

go to quickfreedom.com and download it then open it up on your desktop and install it. then you hook your ipod into your computer and open up itunes and it should say something about reseting your ipod then you could probably figure out the rest. you can look up youtube videos to show you how.

Q: I am a 7th grade girl and i have never gone out with a guy. There is this guy at my school that I really like and I know he likes me too because he always flirts with me and my friend asked if he likes me and he said yes. In your life there is going to people who always disapprove of your choices, but what really matters is what you think and feel. If you like this guy talk to him and talk to your friends. If your friends care about you then they should just want you to be happy. You should just try it yourself and see how things go, but just because someone dosen't approve dosen't always mean you should listen to them. Your a growing girl and you need to make your own mistakes and your own choices and don't let anyone elses opinion change the way you feel. You like this guy so follow your heart.

Q: I'm a fourteen year old girl with a rather large problem. I met this sixteen year old guy at one of my softball games. We exchanged numbers and what not, and talked non stop for the first week. I opened up to him about my past which isn't often that I do that. I told him trust was everything to me. Well things got serious, and it seemed like everything was perfect. Until he went back up north. He texted me and told me we couldn't talk anymore and that was it. His younger brother ended up texting me and telling me he had a girlfriend and thats why he said we had to stop talking. So three days later, he randomly texted me and said he wanted to talk so I listened. He basically just apoligized for lying, and said he still wanted to be friends. With my hurt feelings, I said sure and asked why he lied to me. He told me I changed his feelings about everything and that he would break up with her. A week has gone by, and nothing. i don't want to be pushy but I'm getting sick of this. Should I confront him about it? Or just stop talking to him, because after all he did lie. I need help!

i think you should forgive him. obviously he feels bad about it. people mess up so you should always forgive people. some of the best people in the world can do hurtful things but you just got to know when to forgive them. =)

drink 4 bottles of cold water a day...drinking 1 bottle of cold water actually burns 60 calories...also walk an hour a day...this really helps alot

I think you should tell your friend how you feel because you liked him first. If she was truly your friend she would understand. If she gets mad then she is not a good friend because good friends don't go after guys they knew you liked. Yea you should tell him. the worst he could do is turn you down. and if he does so what. you could find another. guys come and go.

Q: K, so sometimes I just feel invisible. I feel like people don't notice me and it makes me feel bad. I don't have a boyfriend and haven't had one in like 2 years and people always forget what my name is. Sure, I'm not the loudest person ever but it's not like I sit in a corner and don't talk to anyone. umm i agree with the advice below. quiet people are easy to ignore. heres what to do. stop being so quiet. try talking to everyone. don't be afraid to be yourself. build up your confidence. believe it or not guys love girls with confidence. if your always shy and don't talk, they think if they ever date you that it will be a dull relationship. i mean i'm kind of shy around guys but i have learned to go for it. the worst they can do is say no. same with other people. don't be shy. try to be more outgoing. you don't have to change your personality. just make sure people know you have one. go for it and you won't regret it. i promise. hope i helped. =)

Q: I don't know whether or not my friend really cares about me. My friend complains about me to others and she is selfish and mean and she tells people my secrets. She is funny, smart, and fun to be with. She calls me a horrible friend. She tells me to tell her if she does anything wrong so I did. Then she went to my friend and complained about me. I know what you mean. I have a friend that is horrible like that. Like if i'm joking and she knows i'm joking she tells people what I said even though she knows I was joking. She constantly replaces me with friends she barely knows. but anyway you should tell her how you feel. tell her you have a problem with how she treats you. and tell her if she dosen't change she could lose you as a friend.

Q: Basically, me and this girl have been talking off and on for a few months, but recently it's really picked up. Like texts, chat, or facebook status comments nearly every day now. I think SHE LIKES YOU...you know there is a difference on she just wants to be friend or if she likes you...heres how to tell...if she likes you she tries to impress you a lot...heres how to go about this...try to get her alone then tell her how you feel and ask her how she feels...girls usually don't come right out and tell you if they like you...they really want the guys to tell them first...hope i helped

well engagement rings have jewels on them and wedding bands are just rings that are like bands if that makes since...you get the wedding band when you get married and you should probably wear them together after your married...i have no idea what a eternity band is.

Just spend a little more time with them than u do...family will always be there and you never no how long friendships and relationships will last...talk to them...tell them about how you feel...and if your girlfriend really loved you she will stick by you. and your parents seem kind of dictating no affense.

you need to become B...Guys just don't love popular girls they love girls who are confident about them selves...and maybe your just imagining the popular thing...the pretty and intellegant girls are just being who they are and people love that...just be more outgoing. Talk to everybody...Be yourself cuz that's what everybody knows how to do best

Q: Ok, so I know I really shouldn't even think about being anorexic or anything because I know how unhealthy it is and of the risk factors, but I can't seem to shake the thought of being anorexic. It's because I am like seriously 60 pounds over weight. I am considered obese, although I don't look it. The thing is I am really not happy with how I look or feel and it disgusts me big time. Does anyone know of how I can get rid of these thoughts on wanting to be anorexic? I'm not saying that I am, because I am not....at least not yet.

anerexia is a really bad thing...you could go to counceling or just talk to some friends...plus it is totally unhealthy and if you do it, it can cause menstrual problems and all sorts of stuff. you really shouldn't try it. Be happy with your weight. I weigh tons and i just quit worrying about it and exercising and eating right and i don't even worry about it any more. If you think your overweight just schedule a oppointment with a nutritionist...if you eat junk food and think your going to quit eating all together just try quit eating unhealthy things and walk an hour a day....totally easy and totally healthy...

limewire is the best cuz you can find all the music you want...what is the problem with limewire is it you can't get the music on itunes if it is just go to library on limewire after you get done downloading and click a button called explore and it will bring up this thing that shows all your music and just right click and scroll down to send to and click on itunes... or you could try bearshare
