Guy I like but my friends think he is weird.
I am a 7th grade girl and i have never gone out with a guy. There is this guy at my school that I really like and I know he likes me too because he always flirts with me and my friend asked if he likes me and he said yes. The problem is my friends and everyone else in my school thinks he is a nerd. I'm embarrassed if I tell my friends I like him and I don't know what to do.

In your life there is going to people who always disapprove of your choices, but what really matters is what you think and feel. If you like this guy talk to him and talk to your friends. If your friends care about you then they should just want you to be happy. You should just try it yourself and see how things go, but just because someone dosen't approve dosen't always mean you should listen to them. Your a growing girl and you need to make your own mistakes and your own choices and don't let anyone elses opinion change the way you feel. You like this guy so follow your heart.
