looks like a big pimple on the antihelical fold of ear

Wondering what this is on my ear looks like a big pimple and its really ugly, its located on the antihelical fold of my ear what can i get to treat this or should i see a doctor?

I think you should go see a doctor you always want to go see them first because if you try something at home without checking with them first you could make it worse or infect it or something so the safest way to go about it is to get it checked out by the doctor to make sure its nothing serious and to get the right treatment.
