10 lbs in 1 to 1 1/2 weeks Hello, school will be starting soon and i really wanna b in good shape! I need to lose about 10-15 lbs. does anybody have any idea how i can do this within 7 to 10 days?

You can't. Eating healthy & exercising is the only way to lose weight. It's unhealthy to lose more than 5 lbs a week.

i know every one is saying its not healthy and im not about to differ,i just want to tell you my experience.i ate only fruits,vegetables,and water for a whole week and i lost 8pounds!! Every kept saying it wasnt possible but i did!! Every one loses weight at different rates só im not saying that its a deffinate possibility you will lose the weight but its worth a try:)! Jus try and excercise some too!hope this helped&good luck:) ]
You should only be losing about 2-3 pounds per week, meaning your goal is VERY unrealistic.
It's unhealthy to lose the weight you want to lose.
Eat a balanced diet, getting all your needed nutrients, drink a lot of water, and exercise.

Listen, I am going to say it like it is. Your goal is unrealistic and unhealthy. If you do achieve this target it will mainly be muscle loss and water loss.
Even if I take your low limits... 10 lbs in 10 days, that is still way too high. Even extremely obese adults should not be losing anywhere near so much, let alone a youngster.
So, please dont even try this, you stand to gain nothing (the water suggestion below wont work either by the way). Just start eating sensibly and increase your activity level. In most cases weight loss should not really exceed 2lbs/ week. The good news is that weight loss at that rate will actually mainly be fat, it will be sustainable and it wont mess up your metabolism. ]
drink 4 bottles of cold water a day...drinking 1 bottle of cold water actually burns 60 calories...also walk an hour a day...this really helps alot ]
losing 10-15 pounds in only 10 days.. isn't very health nor do i know how to do this, but here are some things you can do but i dont think you will see much results by then.. you should have thought about it sooner:
-no soda
-no food thats high in sodium
- eat more meals but have them be smaller meals and im not talking about a small fry at mcdonalds, i mean like healthy things like when you wake up eat an apple then a few hours later ear a bannan and some toast .. more meals will get your matabolism going and make you lose wait, but they have to be healthy means, no fatty foods. Also doing simple excersise like maybe run half a mile a day or jumping jacks for 10 minutes each morning simple excersises if done right and everyday will help with losing weight ]
