So, I am a HUGE fan of Lady Gaga. I love to listen to her. The other day, my mom pulled me aside and told me she might ban me from listening to her because I am "obsessing" over her. I have tried to convince her she is good, but she says that she is evil and a horrible person. I respect Lady Gaga so much, and it hurts me to hear what she says about her. I went through that stage with my parents at your age. Remember, most adults won't ever change their views about things,especially their personalities. Lady Gaga is very famous there will be places where you would go, such as the Mall, hanging out with your friends,restaurants, you won't be able to help it, you like what you like, tell her the fact that you like her style, and/or songs doesn't mean you are going to go out of your way to begin an attraction towards your same gender or dress in a meat suit. This is just one of the teenagers phase that many kids like you go through and it slowly goes away.

Ease he wants you to know he likes you, and thinks you're attractive. What I would do is start talking to him random conversations on whatever you and him could be into and just keep on getting to know him until you both get into each others personal space and then the attraction could have a great chance to become stronger and mutual and let's see who will start throwing the spark step first ;)

So my boyfriend and I are doing the whole (kind of) long distance relationship thing. It's not bad because he goes to school an hour and a half away and I see him every two or three weeks. It's been working out really well and I'm so proud of him.
Anyways, recently this girl has been giving him a lot of really obnixious attention, hinting that she likes him... to the point where it's driving me insane. I'll give you a few examples.
The first thing that happened was when she admitted to him being funny and charming... which is fine. I get it, my boyfriend is amazing, I know i'm not the only one who thinks that. Is it weird she said it? Yes. But he ignored it and then when I came up a week later, he went to introduce me and she cut him off and said "HI." to me really nasty and walked away. Later on apparently she put on a really slutty outfit and all this makeup and was looking for me.
A few things happened here and there... she came into his room hysterical crying one night and tried to get him to comfort her, she always tries to touch his hair, she left him notes on microsoft word and hacked his facebook when he let her use his laptop for homework,... etc.
Then one night he was telling a story about us and she was there, and when he said "My girlfriend" She made a face and went "Oh.... You have a girlfriend." And he told me that he makes a point to bring me up as much as he can, so she definatley knew... not to mention when I came up to visit.
Then she said "Come here and rub my neck for me, I think you should do things for me more." He said that all night she had been laughing really loud at his jokes, but he always just ignored her or said no and walked away.
This is when I got really pissed. Who the hell does this girl think she is? I trust my boyfriend with all my heart, but that doesn't mean that stupid things like this won't infuriate me.
Then last weekend... I kind of gave him a hickey on his neck unintentionally, and when he went back to school I guess she saw. She said "Oh do you want another one?", now she walks around calling him handsome and saying really weird things to him.
This is the part where I need help...
During all of this, I didn't hide the fact that I was upset and told him how i felt. I feel that if this progresses he should say something to her... but he feels that the only time he should do that would be if she ever cornered him and tried to pull something. I think that even if she's not throwing herself at him, her talking to him like that is unacceptable and it makes me really uncomfortable. I mean, something new happens every day. If it's not a big deal I dont usually get worked up about it, but I can only let so much slide before I explode... It's so frustrating! I friended her on facebook, a sort of indirect way of saying "back off"- but it didn't really do anything. I'm not the type of girl to start drama or anything, but this is seriously ticking me off! It's like this is never going to end.
I'm really upset and he doesn't see this as a big deal because he says that nothing will ever get in the way of us, and i know that. But honestly, i am so unbelievably uncomfortable knowing that she is always around him because they have the same friends. He says that he's just been giving her the cold shoulder and being kind of a jerk- but i need to know-
How should I react when something else happens?
Do you think he should say something if this continues/progresses? or would it just draw attention?

I have gone through that one. Not trying to throw a bad idea, but one of my ex boyfriends used to tell me those type of stories, they were true, and he told me the same reason why he wouldn't say anything, and I found out he liked being chased like that otherwise he would have said something about it, and well the kid ended up cheating on me, in another words, men are simple, he knows he's leading her on and he likes it. I think I would think about this, but I would sit down and relax, to find a way to talk to him about the issue of him leading her on which is a fact, but when you talk to him, try to predict what would he say next so you won't take by surprise and have better things to say.

Be truthful because you can risk your chance of a hurt friendship. I would say that you haven't been feeling well on the outside surroundings, and that I've been in a desperate act to have my own space until I get my life together before I can get out there and show my face to the world, but for now, I can't be who you would like me to be at those places where it requires many people interactions.

Right now I am trying to earn a biology degree. I have a full ride scholarship, but only for my state. So I want to major in biology, move to florida and go back to school there for enviornmental science. I really want to work in the marine biology field, but it seems that there aren't really degrees for this. Basically what I am asking, does it seem like I am doing the right thing right now? Biology is a very difficult degree to pursue and I just don't want to move far away from home, and then not end up with a satisfing job. Are there any biology majors out there with some good advice? What I would do is pursue it in school here in the states to a college nearby and study abroad in a country for example I know in Ecuador they have powerful marine biology programs there,and they have prestigious colleges where the classes are in English and they can help you get a degree in that, and then you can go back to public college where they can use the credits from down there to here. I know a friend of mine went there for agricultural and chemical engineering and then she went to Miami University of Ohio and they used those credits she took there and counted them as she took them in Miami.

18/F I'm a greeter at Wal-Mart, so I interact with a loooot of different people on a daily basis. Well this one time later at night, this guy who looked to be about 30 and frankly, like a wannabe gangster pot-smoker, came in. So he asked if I had a pen and some paper, I said I didn't, but that we might have some up front. I start walking, and he follows me across the whole store to the front. I give him some paper, he rips it in half, writes his number down, and says "Give me your number too." I panicked. I've never dated anyone, let alone been asked out before. He seemed like the type that would call me a ton. SO, I wrote down my dad's old cell phone number which doesn't work anymore. He then asked me if I liked cage fighting. I said "Uh no, not really." and he goes "Well I'm fighting at the arena downtown next week, maybe you can watch one of my fights." and I said "Um, maybe!" then he asked what time I got out of work, to which I said I didn't know. I DEFINITELY didn't want him seeing the car I drive, or possibly have him following me home. He lives in the area, and comes in all the time, and what's worse is I'm a GREETER, so I'd HAVE to talk to him again. I thought about it, and I feel really bad... I probably shouldn't have done that, but I didn't know what else to do! I couldn't just flat out reject him, I see him all the time. After thinking about it, I feel terrible. So I tried to call the number so I could say something like, "Oh sorry, I accidentally gave you the wrong number! Things are complicated, and I'm really not looking for a relationship right now..." or something like that, but his writing's REALLY messy, I can hardly read the numbers they're so squished together, and when I attempted, I got some lady's voice mail. I really wasn't trying to be mean at all. I don't know what to do, or if what I did is right or not... Please help me! Thank you for your time. (link)

Suicide it is definitely no the answer, and I have been bullied at your age, I have suffered a lot, don't hurt yourself, because when you do that you are giving the pleasure to the ones that hurt you, it's pretty much like spitting up in the air. What I did was to find to the last piece what makes me happy or what I'm good at, and as soon as I found it, I rolled all over it. I kept the fear in God during those ages to prevent me from going to that extreme of hurting myself, even though I cried myself to sleep every night. Since I found my creative side kept on pumping harder more and more as the years went by, I reached college and became a creative arts honor student, and let me tell you, I was the Cs and Ds student in High School and Middle school, and because I found myself I became the best. I hope the same luck for you, because of finding myself I grew confidence to ignore those little people that tried to hurt me and are going no where. REMEMBER! Sorry if this is long. Ok so here is a bit of background information: I have this best guy friend, we are just so close. We've only known each other for a year but we text practically everyday from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed. He started sending these cute "best friend" pictures so then I started to as well but then he started to see more "love" pictures that were saying "I love you" in all these cute different ways so once again I started to as well. Many options here:
