im about 155 lbs and 5'4' i mean im not that overweight but definately a little, right? and i want to lose weight quickly i guess...does anyone know a good way or what types of exercises i can do and how much? thanks! (link)

SAme here actually im 5'5'' and 170(hapilly i dont look it all that much) diets dont work they make you hungrier and so does starving ur self. just eat helthier food and do a lot more exercise its been working for me hope it helps you.

So I'm a 19 year old guy, and to sum it up I've never been in a real relationship. I've had lots of opportunities to go out with girls and I've been asked out by about 5 so far. The problem is that I really want to be in a relationship and I'm very attracted towards women, but whenever things start going right with girls it's like I need to get out of it. And no, I'm not gay. I feel really confident in myself physically and mentally, I'm very involved at my university, and I have lots of friends both guys and girls. I don't have lots of experience with girls as far as in relationships, but I feel very confident when talking to them. Sometimes I plan to ask a girl out, but then I lose interest in her within a week or so. It's like I have to make sure it doesn't work out even if things go well. Everyday I think about how I still don't have a girlfriend and it drives me insane!
What advice can you give me to start dating chicks and getting more comfortable with dating? Anyones advice is welcome of course.

I think You should date even if you lose interest maybe you actually need to get to know the person better and you might gain the interest back and if you dont move on. And stop thinking about the negatives in a person try to the see the good but at the same time dont let your guard down.Stop trying to make the relationship work if things are going good dont make them stop.And also so you dont lose interest in a girl try to find one that is hard to get that may keep you busy for a while and keep interest . hope this helps

You should go to like jc penny or sears and the brand seventeen is awesome they have just about evrything like comfiter, shetts accessories etc. and they have a set with alittle bit of blue and mostly pink and green its a cool design i like it a loty but i bought blue n brown.

okay so im 14 years old and deffently ready to use a tampon . but the thing is , im scared of breaking the hymen, like will it hurt? will i cry? how will i know when its broken? i know how to insert one , ive practiced about twice . but then i pull it out because i dont want it to hurt too bad .

Yeah wat the person below me said, and it doesnt hurt it just feels weird fro like the first daay or two then u get used to it and its like its not even there i'm 14 and i started them recently and i got used to them. Hope this helps =)Just remeber not to leave them in too long!!

i have a friend who is seriously in love with two different girls. this one girl (caitlin) he has been dating for almost 4 months and she is settled on him and wants to be with him forever. They have gone out before, but it didn't work out and 2 years later she came back to him saying how she never forgot about him and he felt the same way and now theyre together again. My friend felt the same way she did up until last week. He had dated this other girl ariana for about two months at the begining of this year. He worked for 4 straight months to get her to go out with him and when she finally did rumors started going around that he cheated on her when he really didnt and they ended up breaking up. Right now he is in love with both of them, ariana never left his mind and its been almost a year since he started liking her. He's been talking to ariana non stop for the past week and she likes him too. Does anyone know which girl he should chose? He feels obligated to stay with caitlin cuz hes already f***ed her over before and doesnt want to do it again. But my question is do boys[caucasian,afr.am,and hispanics] find lighter skinned girls more attractive than darker skinned. PLEASE BE HONEST in your answer. Black is still beautiful..GUys just have diffrent taste just like girls.. Not evry guy wants a lighter skinned girl trust me a lot of the guys i know around where i live dont like lighter girls, ther'er kinda like rascist against them. Ok so I have this guy friend and ive known him for like 3 years and ive had a crush on him since i met him. he knows i used to like him and actually he thinks i still do like him. but ive accepted that he doesnt like me back so im over it. but whenever i introduce him to one of my friends, he ends up liking them better and hanging out with them more then he did with me. i'm sick of it, but he still wants us to be good friends. how do i overcome this? also,the friend i introduce to him usually ends up liking him [hes charming e_e] and then talking about him 24/7 to me. its happened way to many times with the same guy friend! Well ithink maybe you still like him,either way you should stop introducing the friends to him or just stop being his friend for a little while! I have a guy friend like that too and he always goes to the other girls i introduce him to and sometimes he even leaves me behind. And hes actually goign out with one of them. And on top of that there always talking about him to me of all people it like they dont even care! so JUst save your self the misery and anoyance and just not completely stop hanging out with them but limit things or talk to them about it!And i think you should even find a new friend! dont cut your other friend off but You know juss like i said limit him. my acne isnt as bad as some people, but i am CONSTANTLY broken out. i cant remember the last time i had a clear face. ive used practically everything and nothing works. well, some stuff works for like a week or two but stops working after that. ive tried clean and clear, proactive, murad, clearisil, biore, neutrogena, st.ives apricot scrub, cetaphil, noxzeema, clinique 3-step, i mean i cant even list every brand ive tried!
ive gone to the dermatologist and they gave me differin & duac. i had to use it for about 6 months and it only worked for about a month.
my mom wont let me take pills. and i cant do accutane.
will somebody please help me! give me a routine to do every morning and night that ahs really cured your face. im up for anything now.

WEll ABout 6 or 7 month ago my face was really bad and im mean bad i was like embarrased to rtake pics and stuff. So i jusst started doing this in the morning and the afternoon.
1.)Wash your face wiht oil-free acne cleanser by like nuetragena
2.)then with somethingy by nuetragena thats blue with little beeds.
3.)then was with olay smooth skin exfoliating with gentle microbeads thingy.
4.)then use the products of ACNE FREE It looks like this but get the orange bottled one its for severe acne.

Well from my experiance, just talk about subjects that both of you can get in. Like tv and music etc.
PLus it lets you know more about him. Also going for like icecream and things like that, And if things start to get a little awkward in conversations skip it and start a new new one.And a little tip try to forget hes your crush while your with him. think of him as a friend that helps things from getting even more awkward and stops you from being so nervous.K well good luck =)

so I've liked this guy forever (since I first met him a year ago) !
We have one of those "flirty relationships", but we're just friends.
I've gone out with other people but still like him.
I know I can't have him, he's said he likes me before but he won't ask me out or take any next step forward.
I haven't talked to him all summer and I hope it stays that way.

I think maybe you should Tell him u like him and stuff when u see him again, and see where things go from there. Maybe He's just shy or isnt sure of what he wants right now thats why he hasnt asked you out.Trust me im going thruogh the same thing with a guy and he told me he really like me but he never asked me out and its cause he does'nt know what he wants at the momment...=)So see what happens and uf things dont work out then just try to find a new guy thats just as good as him or even better..All hope is not lost.=)

So I love my boyfriend very much. When something is wrong with me, I cannot open up to him. I have tried SO hard and I cant even force myself to say antyhign and it causes so many problems and guilt. He thinks its because my last relationship was abusive emotionally and so i just shut down. How can I fix this? I want to takl to him about everything! (link)

Maybe you should find a way to tell him that you cant open up ro him somethimes and see what he says. If you tell him this he'll understand you better and give you your space when thoose times come. And eventually you will be able to try to open up to him more little by little. I speak from personal experiance.
