Well just do your homework and find out as much as you can! The more you know the better chance you have of putting it in right. Plus you can always ask your friend! Little bit of advice though, dont pull them out when they are still super dry... it hurts. So the best time to wear them is during the heaviest point in your period. So if your period is very heavy on say the 3rd day start wearing them then. And just wear liners when its barely there anymore. Oh and you proabbly already know this BUT....... DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN FOR MORE THAN FOUR HOURS! With certain ones they give yo a risk of TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) So that also means DO NOT sleep with a tampon. Sleep in a pad. Much safer. I've had boyfriends and guys who liked me that I liked and there's a guy that I like that likes me too. Well first off I must point out that you should only be kissing somebody if you are together (my opinion) and second there is nothing wrong with liking someone but not wanting to date, you just arent ready then or you are just fine by yourself which id very okay! And if you want great tips on kissign search em up and go on websites like wikihow and things like that they have awesome tips!

All I remember is... it was a Tanzanian author. It won some type of award and was a Borders best seller. It was fiction, I think.

I think it is disgusting to that is very normal you have your own opinion. And with shaving, it is your choice. Some girls do others dont. But shaving once in a while and or letting your bush get to big can make you feel very clean down there. And if it does get to big it sticks out of your bathing suit and its just a whole big mess down there.

Ok so Im Gracie and Im 13. So I just got my period a couples of months ago, this is like my 3rd time. Anyway whenever I get my period For some reason I just feel really dirty or weird so I take lots of baths when Im on it. Everytime I take a bath or a shower I never,like bleed when Im in the water. Is that normal? I mean Im not complaining, Id rather not have blood everywhere (I know that's gross, sorry lol) but I was just wondering why. If I go swimming will the same thing happen? Will all the blood just stay inside me? (link)

Okay Im sorry but whoever said it isn't normal s very wrong. When you are in water you stop bleeding (for most, some people don't stop in water but this can be kinda rare) and this is very normal. And don't worry about the feeling weird and gross part I feel the exact same way. So to answer your question, feeling weird and gross and not bleeding in water is very normal.

Sometimes your stool is to big to come through the hole, so the hole stretches and sometimes gets little splits, which is the sharp cutting pain you feel.

I found out I'm pregnant and at first my thoughts were to abort. I didn't really care about my baby and I immediately dyed my hair and smoked a few cigarettes. I guess I was angry. Anyway, I've since thought about it after my friends talked to me and I actually want to keep my baby. I feel bad that I immediately did things to hurt it but now I'm trying to do good because if I give birth and don't want it then I want it to be adopted and if I want to keep it then I want it to be healthy. anyway, enough of that, nail polish is what I'm curious about. Is it safe to paint your nails when you're pregnant? And what i mean is is it 100% safe to paint your nails when you're pregnant? No. you cannot paint your nails if you are pregnant because the chemicals may harm the baby. You can ONLY if you use a 100% organic nail polish.

So I'm a female teenager in high school. And I'm falling for my friend...who is also a girl. I've always known that I didn't like guys. Growing up I was never interested, never had feelings. When girls started getting boyfriends, I didn't. I just viewed them as friends.
Anyway, I have yet to come out to well...anyone. The only people that know are my online friends.
But anyway, last year I met this girl (my crush) and we became pretty good friends. I didn't see her much during summer, but once school started back up we started hanging out a lot.
She's openly bisexual. And I feel like there's just something...there. More than a friendship, but I don't know how to go about telling her! The thought of it kind of scares me, partly because I have yet to come out, and another part because I'm just afraid of her reaction.
I don't want to ruin our friendship if she doesn't like me like that.

Well there is a few ways you can do this.
First: You can just tell her that you have feelings for her and if your arent comfortable with people knowing then maybe talk to her about keeping it a secret. If she is offended or doesnt except that you dont want people knowing than it obviously isnt right.
Second: You can leave little hints that you like her. Flirt. Be suggestive.

I don't know what to do with him! I found out from my bff that my bf made a facebook group thing about our relationshp. I went and red a few things on it and it is personal and nothing anybody should know but us so I told him I knew he had a secret he was keeping from me but not what it was so he would tell me or something but he didn't. i kinda thought that he posted stuff and didn't think it was bad and I wanted to give him chances to say so but he just said he didnt have no secrets so i went back to read the rest and he had made it private only so now it is hidden from me.
I guess what I am asking is if he didn't think this was wrong why did he hide it when i found out? He still denies everything and now i got no proof because i cant see it anymore!!! i have been crying about this and i feel betrayed like he has a secret life on facebook or something! should i stay with him if he isn't going to be honest and still hides things?

Well Im not to uncomfortable but I notice ever time (the guys in my school are kinda disgusting) But it is uncomfortable when my two guy friends stand there and stare toally noticabley. EYES ARE ON MY HEAD. But if it's some hot guy i dont really know I dont mind to much cause it means they think your good looking and stuff.

I have a friend to whome i am close to. He is one of my ultimate best friends and we talk on a regular basis. There has always been this "thing" between me and him and we both know its there. There is like a spark in the air but then again, we have NEVER kissed or anything . But we are so close mentally and emotionally.
He always talks abou what kind of girl he's gunna marry and how hell treat her. It just makes me think even more about how badly i want that life with him. They say that your husband is like your best friend. I think i do want my bestfriend to eventually become my husband. I have never really thought about is like that before but i legit think that we are almost perfect for eachother. And i do think that we could date very easily but I do beleive that the ONLY thing that is holding us back is me. My weight.Dont get it wrong he does love me but he also wants a "fitter " looking gf. And i honestly dont resent him for that. He is really into body building and fitness and he doesnt really judge me at all. I just have that gut feeling that that is what is holding him back from me. But me, i dont at ALL eat junk food. All my weight was put on when I was younger and now im just been kind of stuck with it for four years. For four years after i gradually began to eat healthier my weight still just kinda stayed the same. This summer i have been watching and kind of obsessing what i eat and i have lost about 15 pounds. All i drink is water and eat three times a day of mostly vegetables. But i dont only want to lose weight because i have this weird theory lol...but so i feel better about myself in general...im just getting sick of being fat.

I know there is a spark and I know that you may want that life with him but if you have to change youself and who you are whether it be your image or just you at all then it's not right. The "One" will love every bit and peice of you for you and not try to change you in any way.

Number 1: You can sit him down and be truthful and tell im what happened.
You should also talk to your friend and see how she feels.
Number 2: You and your friend keep it between yourselves.
There are many other ways to do it but these are the more main ones.

Dont wear the panty liner in the water but wear a dark dark bathing suit and right after you get out of the water run to the bathroom with a pantyliner (hidden in you arms or waterever and replace the pantyliner then before you go back in go back to the bathroom take it out and run as fast as you can into the water. That's my best suggestion if you dont want to wear tampons hope it works!!

ok at school i stole an ipod and sold it to a mate then the original owner of the ipod found and and got the school inovled. now every one hates me.

mum isnt a mother shes never home. but shell keep me on path and we get on.
dads is a family home although he can be vilent and controlling.

I would live with you Mom becasue if your Dad is violent and controlling it might not be safe for you even if his home is more family orientated.
Just stay strong and if you need to talk then maybe talk to a good friend that you can talk to or maybe talk to your Mom when she IS home. But it is fully your choice if you want more family time then learn to deal with your Dad and maybe if you can talk to him about it but if you dont mind living with your Mom then go ahead. But maybe you can live with your Mom for school year and just visit your Dad on weekends and maybe even live with him for summers? Hope I helped and good luck sweetie :)
