The Book That Got Away

Question Posted Monday June 20 2011, 12:59 am

I'm looking for the book that got away!

All I remember is... it was a Tanzanian author. It won some type of award and was a Borders best seller. It was fiction, I think.

And I think it was mainly composed of letters from a man to someone else... not a girlfriend, but a friend or someone.

Can anyone help?
