It hurts when i poop it feel like something sharp cutting me?

It hurts when i poop it feel like something sharp is cutting me also theres little blood. is it just a cut?
It stings when I poop and it feels like theres a cut in my butt. It bled a little bit of blood. I dont want a doctor looking in my butt. will a doctor have to look in my butt?
I dont know if its a cut tho

Sometimes your stool is to big to come through the hole, so the hole stretches and sometimes gets little splits, which is the sharp cutting pain you feel.
