If you're asking if it's okay to stare at our breasts or out back side, the answer is no.
You can check out women and show that you are interested without being an ogre.
Try being a gentleman. You can be assertive and polite all at the same time...believe it or not!
Of course women will flaunt their stuff if they are interested in you. The trick for you guys is to figure out how to pay attention and not seem crass all at the same time. It takes some practice and finese. The other thing you need to figure out is that the women worth catching... are going to play the game differently, and will note the way you play. You will alienate many good ones with bad behavior without ever even realizing it.

It all depends on the girl and how she is. With me having larger breasts i am used to guys staring. Do i like it? no. it bothers me honestly cause i have a face too yanno? but guys are guys and they will do what they do. As for my butt, i havent met a guy that you can walk past in short shorts and he wont look at your butt. it just happens. I would never smack a guy in the face for doing it, but sometimes i wish they wouldnt. No i dont show them off, i want a guy to like me for me. Not for my assets.

I ALWAYS notice when a guy is staring at my boobs and butt. Mainly because they make it so obvious! It doesn't bother me sometimes as long as they don't start making comments (has happend before), that's the only time I want to smack a guy in the head and most likely will. Other than that, not really. However, all girls are different. Some of my friends hate it no matter what and have actually smacked guys before. Depends on the girl and the situation. And yes, some girls do show them off to get attention. I know A LOT who do. I have once in a while, not often though.

It depends on the girl and the guy. Some girls may like it and some girls will think it's disgusting. If the girls don't mind if a guy is staring at them it sometimes depends on what the guy is like. If they aren't interested in them then some won't mind.

Well Im not to uncomfortable but I notice ever time (the guys in my school are kinda disgusting) But it is uncomfortable when my two guy friends stand there and stare toally noticabley. EYES ARE ON MY HEAD. But if it's some hot guy i dont really know I dont mind to much cause it means they think your good looking and stuff.
