Hey im trying to write my own songs and i just cant seem to get the "flow" going. And i dont know what to write songs about. I cant get a rhythm of the song either. Or beat even. I know it sounds pathetic but i have no idea where to start! Please help!! I'll rate 5's!!!

I don't write songs. But I know people who do. Music is something that comes from within. You just kinda feel it. And once you feel it you'll know. Start off with something simple and write about something thats going on in your life. Like i said - I don't write songs. But sometimes i do get beats and stuff off of one song and get something different that's pretty cool.

ok so im your tipical f/14. i have kissed a guy and all that good stuff but im not a slut. i kept some notes from recent years that i didnt want anyone to see. well i keep them in a box thats ALWAYS locked. one day i left it open and i went to school. my mom went in the room that was it and read EVERY SINGLE NOTE. now she has gone to far. shes done stuff like this before but not this bad. im about to either run away or just block her out of my life. shes pissed at me for not talking to her about "stuff" and im pissed at her for going through my "stuff" no matter what in my opion she should have never looked at any of the stuff it had nothing to do with her. shes made me so upset, i cried and my blood pressure is so high my face is as red as a tomato and has been like this for about 2 hours. i cant eat im so upset. i dont know what to do but this stuff is getting old FAST!

So you may hate me for this. But you should have let her know a little. Not everything. Theres stuff I've done before that my mom doesnt know. And she never will. This is going to sound corny - but your mom just cares about you. She shouldnt have gotten that mad. But sometime you should maybe sit down and talk to her about it.

All throughout my life I've broken every set of headphones I've ever owned. I really dont know what the deal is. They always seem to lose connection on the right side. Does this happen to anyone else? Anyway, I kind of borrowed some headphones from my sister and now Ive found that I've broken those too. .. Anyone know how to fix it? i dont know how to fix them. but you could always get ear phones. i dont really know how you can break those. theres a pair made by sony that works really good. i cant find them on the internet. but they work really good.

can someone help me? my friends always say how sad they are and depressed bc they are alone and don't have a bf, or they say how their life sucks when they have one. My friends and I are trying to get this one boy from my classical music class to start to appreciate rock music and rap music, pop music etc. He isn't responding to most of it and is giving answers to rap music like, "You don't know what he's saying!!" Is there an easy way to introduce him to this type of music?

if you rate you'll probably give me a bad rating for this.. i dont care.. but.. you cant really change what people like.. but if you wanted to try you could maybe start out with slower songs. and then work your way up to the heavier music.

Well this is so random but my dad is my soccer coach and when ever we are at practice and i say daddy he says i am not gunna respond to that call me coach.. and i get really sad

you should tell him.. be like "dad can i talk to you?" and he'll say yes of course cause parents are all touchy feely when you say can i talk to you. and just tell him that you would rather call him daddy than coach.. because thats what he is. hes your dad.. full time dad.. part time coach.. you deserve to call him dad

Ok heres the problem, i LOVE to sing, i can sing very well too. The problem is i can't preform in front of people! I am way to nervous. I can't even sing infront of my family. Its just to nerve -racking. My family says i should go out for singing lessons because sometimes they hear me but im to nervous to go out. When i get older i really wanna try out for american idol, ya it sounds stupid but i do. Its just im to nervous in front of people! Does anyone have any tips to get un-nervous, or any advice for me to go out?

if you want to sing.. go for it.. i'm a shy person too and i just have to think of the positive side to things.. for you.. you could become a BIG star one day. we all have our fears.. and we gotta face them.. it may seem impossible for you to get in front of some people and sing.. but i'm sure if you do it once. you'll realize its not so bad after all.. i hate playing in front of people too.. but i always end up doing great and i'm sure you can be the same way!

I'm going to camp in the summer for the first time in my life. (I'm 14) I've known my friends for 3 years and they've never known me without makeout. I don't use alot but a little bit of eyeliner makes a hugeee difference! Anyways, I don't know what I should do because I don't want my friends to see me makeup-less...I mean, with makeup, I look "decent" but without, you won't even recognize me on the street. I look horrible! Please don't say..your friends should love you for you..I'm very self concious about myself and I really want to know what to do. Thanks in advance-I rate!

just take your make up with you. thats what i do. and maybe dont put on as much as you usually would. just enough to get you through the day. and theyre your friends. so if they see you without make up they shouldnt care that much. looks arent everything. ;)
