There is never a certain age or time - some girls lose it when they are 16 - others in their 20's for example. You know when you are ready when you are with a guy who you know will make you feel special and make you feel ready to. The worst thing you could do is to lose it just becuase you feel you should and your friends have - some of my friends did that and all of them really regretted. The best thing is to be with a guy you feel totally comfortable with and relaxed around and in that way it will be a really amazing experience. Don't worry!!! a lot of guys experience this and have to reassure their partner that its not because they don't find them any less attractive. When a partner goes through pregnancy nobody realises that it actually affects the guys as well. Having sex at this stage of course is difficult because the whole time you will have to be getting into positions that are comfortable and making sure you don't pu pressure on the baby. You have to let her know this. do something like make her a candlelit meal with a massive bunch of flowers and write her a card telling her how much you love her and that you think she is the most beautiful person in the world - especially for the fact she is carrying your baby. Tell her the only reason you don't want to have sex is because you are worried about her and the baby and because you are worrying so much it means you can't concentrate properly! Perhaps because you are not turned on enough.. try more foreplay before you actually start having sex or use something like ky jelly. Hope this helps a little. Also you will get worried about it every time you have sex so you will tighten up and not relax

No there is nothing wrong with you but I think you aren't doing enough foreplay to begin with before you actually start having sex. Spend time touching eachother etc and finding out what turns eachother on and slowly you will become even more realxed and start to find the sex much more pleasurable. Hope this helps a little

It depends on the guy you marry and what his beliefs are. It also depends on your beliefs too and whether you really do want to wait until you get married to have sex. At the end of the day it is up to you and you shouldn't think you should have sex just because all your friends will be having sex. Jessica Simpson waited until she got married before she lost her virginity. Age-wise it totally depends on the guys you meet and how confident you feel. It differs with everyone. I was 18 when I first had sex but my best friend was 14. There is no specific time or age when you should start. You kind of know when it's right as you meet a guy who you feel close to and relaxed around. Your time will come whether its sooner or even later but just remember at the end of the day it is up to you. It might be that the condom broke while you were having sex. In which case you can take the morning after pill up to 72 hours after having sex. Otherwise, get a test, but that might not betotally accurate at this stage. Go to your doctor and let them know what has happened. If you don't want to be pregnant the doctor can give you a pill to bring on your period. Don't worry about a thing. Just talk to your boyfriend about the options, talk to your doctor or another nurse if you want it to be more private. If you are pregnant you are in the very very early stages and this can be fixed immediately depending on what you want to do. Also, you don't have to tell your parents if you don't want to. The main thing you have to do is to relax. It sounds like your boyfriend might be pressing too hard in which case, when it starts hurting ask him to slow down. Keep at it and you will be fine, sometimes it does take a long time.

Your hymen can break without you even knowing and sometimes you cant even tell. It can break just from going cycling or riding a horse. If you have ever used a tampon during your period then it will have broken. It is pretty likely, being 35, that is has broken. Proving your virginity with somebody-there is no physical way to tell if someone has lost their virginity or not, and when you decide to have sex let him know. You are not a hoe. He is your boyfriend so what you and him do together is your business. Every girl gets this-it is perfectly normal. I don't know how old you are but you usually get your period around the same time as when your mum got it so ask her if you can. You are growing up and this is just a normal phase at the moment.
