I am 20 and I am 300 lbs, I am also female which raises the cruelity level up a few notches. I desparetly need new deit tips so I can lose the extra flab.

ok well what i did was i played softball and out coach made us run a mile 5 days a week and thats 7 laps around a softball field if the bases are 60ft apart so then next week we had to run 2 miles 5 days a week and so on .. it really worked i lost like 50 pounds but then i had to gain sum back because i was only 110 to begin with also dont go on a diet because once you stop the weight comes back to you .. hope i helped. how do you get nice abs? like i want nice abs with a six pack, just not a noticeable one. i want the outline of one not the inline of one. and i want it to look nice and flat.. any suggestions? i'll rate high! :-D

Ok...I am content with my body except this little pouch of fat or something on my inner thighs..its the only thing that bothers me really..im pretty active, i walk and exercise about every day or every other day and play ports and was in track, and i try to eat fairly healthy. soo anything i can do to get rid of this? i'll rate high...!

you lay on both of your sides, one at a time and lift your leg up and this helps tone your inner thighs its a really good workout it worked for me also you can lay on your back and put bolth legs above you and lower the right leg out then pull it back thenswitch do htat 20 times a day youll be good in no time .. hope it works out JESsiCA

hey, i need some help. i'm a 16-yr-old girl, 110 lbs, and 5'6. i'm really skinny. i guess there's some good from that, like not worrying about eating something yummy with a huge amount of calories in it. but still, i want to gain some weight before i go to college next semester (i'm graduating early). the thing is, i will probably be one of the yongest people there and i'll look very small among all those 18-20-something-yr-olds. what can eat that's healthy and rich in calories at the same time? and how can i make myself look a little older without being fake? i know, its silly but i already feel like a baby in my senior class, i don't want to feel like that in college.

ok well only drink water eat 5 small healthy meals a day 50 crunches when you wake up 50 before you go to bed you can take a walk around yer block or run and you can juss dance around yer room for liek an hour listening to musick and when you talk on hte phone stand or when you do anything that you can stand doing but you sit stand .. hope i helped. In the past couple weeks, ive gained 10-12 lbs and i cant stop freaking out. My exercise and eating habits havent changed and i dont know why but i keep putting on more and more weight. I feel so disgusted with myself. Can anyone explain to me why ive gained all this weight all of the sudden? (No, im not pregnant.) I dont overeat. I actually burn all my calories. Any way i can lose all this weight because exercise and eating healthy arent working?

I want to tone my stomach. I know how to do crunches for my upper abs, but my lower abs are just not getting toned. does anyone know any great workouts for your lower abs, or maybe even upper and lower combined? Also, i heard that your not supposed to do crunches everyday, basically for the same reason u should lift weights everyday, is it the same thing and is this true? Thanks so much. I rate high.

I need to get in shape for this summer-like so bad..I've tried almost everything..Dieting and crunches didn't help..eating less and less didn't help..Not eating for almost a whole day didn't help..and I couldn't really keep up with the eating healthy thing..I just want to look greeaattt in a bikini for this summer..Does anyone know any ways to get in shape? if you really want to lose weigh do not dont eat oe tour body will take everything you eat and store it as fat.for your legs walk or run for your abs you can do crunched but there only shoeing results under your fat so you have to eat healthier
