Q: when i have a full bladder, and i hold it in, i can literally make myself come to orgasm just by thinking about it.
does anyone else experience this or know why it happens? i can't find anything online.

Have you ever heard how when girls almost orgasm they feel like they feel like they have the urge to pee? I think the urethra (pee tube lol) is surrounded by erectile tissue and if you have to go the urethra enlarges, pushing on the sides of the erectile tissue. That's my take on it, at least.
