Q: okay i got one of them dumb texts that says what do you want from me, hug kiss, blah blah blah, well i sent one to my boyfriend and it had lap dance, and he was joking arouund when he said he wanted one but i told him id do it anyway, only problem is im not sure exactly how to give him one.
i know a couple little things, like the i can touch him but he cant touch me and a couple little things liek that but im not sure wat else to do
any help is appreciated.

Watch Grindhouse (the movie), the Death Proof part, or just find a clip on YouTube. There is a really good lap dance scene in that you can mimic. Carmen Electra also has good exercise DVDs out that are pretty uhhh lol lapdance-y and not quite exercise-y which are also good for you to look at and practice from.
