advice
i have a gorgeousss black silk dress, but its a few inches too small. if i bring it to a tailor, could they possibly add onto it to make it bigger?
They probably could if there's enough material in the inside for them to work with. My mom sews and she only can when there's an little extra that she can unsew then make the dress bigger. It's worth a try.
