How much trouble who someone get in if they were underage drinking, urinating in public, and had a fake ID. For the state of Ohio, but if you know just your state, that's fine too. I'm just curious around what the concequence would be. At the age of 17. This isn't for me, but someone I know. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
My buddy in ohio gets busted with these things every now and then....cept he had weed and beer in an empty house with a bunch of other guys. they started making sex noises when they were being searched [kinda like hte urinating thing...maybe a bit worse] BUT the cops never found out where/how or whos beer/weed it was so they let them all go... he just got a ride home in the back of the cop car, that's it. if they were in a clud with a fake id... probably arrested and have to call the parents..nothing too bad.
(Rating: 5) There were like four of them, but two got away. The driver wasn't drinking. But they did call my parents and they had to go pick him up. He was at a really big concert hall thing and they have their own little security thing. Anyway, he has to go to court. So I was just wondering what the sentencing would be, like a fine, communitry service, etc. Thanks!
