How much trouble who someone get in if they were underage drinking, urinating in public, and had a fake ID. For the state of Ohio, but if you know just your state, that's fine too. I'm just curious around what the concequence would be. At the age of 17. This isn't for me, but someone I know. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
Additional info, added Wednesday August 22 2007, 10:38 pm: He was at a really big concert hall thing, and they have their own security there. He was taken there and my dad had to pick him up. Now he has to go to court to find out the punishment. Any ideas on what he might have to do? Like, a fine, community service, etc.. Want to answer more questions in the Domesticity category? edit: as for the sentencing... well since the driver wasn't drinking they wouldnt get their lisence suspended [the most common sentence]. i would say a fine probably.. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
