alright i'm a native speaker. most of this is slang so i might be off but it's better than an internet translator.
"well do me a favor, don't call me again or leave me comments or messages.. actually just erase me from your myspace... honestly, i'm sorry. it's because my dentist told be to stay away from sweet things like you... send this little message to the people that you love (a lot) and that are very special to you. if they don't answer back, it's because you don't matter to them!!!"
so basically it's a chain comment. pretty harmless but maybe she still likes him?
