What is the best way to flert with a guy. I am pretty sure that he likes me, but not 100%

Joke around,laugh,and just fool around and play.Act all sweet and keep smiling.Also,guys like it when you chase them around and get physical with them [not a sexual kind of way].Good luck. =]
