Is it illegal in EVERY state to be asked your hair color or your weight on your State I.D. and Drivers License? I am for certain that it is illegal in some states, but is it an American law that every state must follow?

No... the purpose of your ID is to be able to identify you... and physical characteristics are used in the process of indentification... for example suppose your a 5ft 2, 110 lbs, blonde with blue eyes, and you get pulled over and ur underage and you under the influence, but you have someone else's ID who is 6ft, 160 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, the cop would say this isn't you... there's nothing illegal about it.

edit: Discrimination is unfair treatment of a person or group on the basis of prejudice. Asking someone to list their physical characteristics for identification puroposes is NOT illegal in ANY state. It is MANDATORY. Now by indentification i mean Driver's license, im not sure what you were referring to.

(Rating: 3) You didn't answer my question. You assumed you knew the state law for my state, when I didn't even include which state I am living in. That is why I am asking this question, because I do not want to "ASSUME" any other state laws. So you're simply telling me that it is just not ILLEGAL, in Virgina, at least? I know for a fact that they absolutely can not request your weight or hair color where I live. It's called, to quote the state of Connecticut, "Discrimination", which is an illegal act... so?
