so im sick of being overweight. im 13 and weigh 167lbs..sad i know..but anyhow does anyone have any tips for losing wieght?

My oldest sister is trying to lose weight, so I asked her for some tips. Heres what she gave me.

*Drink water instead of soft drinks
*Do Situps, they help flatten your stomach
*Walk or Ride your bike more often
*Count Calaries (sp) you should only have 2,00 a day
*Swim, its fun and easy. (usually)
*Go Shopping at the mall, you have to walk a lot which burns calaries.
*Clean the house, its not fun, but you burn lots of cals, especially while vacumming.
