Does an Ovarian Cyst cause any pains? If so, what kind of pain? Are they really serious?
An ovarian cyst can cause pain. From what I've read, it's generally a constant, dull pain in your pelvic area. Most ovarian cysts are functional and disappear on their own. However, some can be more serious. If you think you might have one, you really need to see your family doctor or gynecologist. They can do a pelvic exam or run tests to determine the type of cyst you have and the appropriate treatment. The links below should answer any questions you have. If you need more information, drop a line in my inbox.
