I want to tell my friend something..It's a problem I've been having and it's kind of serious. I've never told this friend anything this serious before though. How do I know if she'll accept me and keep it a secret? (link)

Well ask yourself this, do you trust her enough to tell her your secret? Is she a true friend to you? When/if you did tell her personal stuff, did she keep that a secret? If she is a real friend, she won't tell any one your secret and she will accept you for who you are. Just follow your instincts on this one.
