I'm a new young mom who has a lot of things to say to whomever is willing to listen :). I promise not to judge you no matter how crazy you may think your questions are and I will give the best answer I possibly can!

My boyfriend and I can rarely hang out because my parents are so strict. I almost never see him outside of school. But he loves me alot and will do practically anything for me. But lately he has been hanging out with this girl, we'll call her Liz. And Liz obviously likes him. Liz has been using me to get closer to him but he swears that he doesn't like her. He always also talks crap about Liz behind her back. but they continue to hang out. But he doesn't want to break up with me.

Since me and him dont hang out alot, is he maybe trying to create a substitute of me that he can hang out with? What do you think?

im just gonna make this as short as i can. in my opinion i think he IS using her as a substitute. but i DO think you should be worried. listen, when someone hangs out with the opisite sex for a long period of time they begin to learn more about eachother and begin to find out what they have in common and what they dont. then they will begin to bond and then theres a chance he might start to like her. i dont think you should hang out with Liz anymore if shes just using you. thats not fair to you. for your boyfriend, try to hang out with him more durring school. like flirting with him, talking to him more, and trying not to show any jealousy. ok so maybe this wasnt as short as i planed but I TRYED haha. if you ever need any more advice or just need someone to talk to about your problems just drop it in my inbox : )
