What vitamins are good for healthy skin and where is the best place to get these vitamins.
I am completely against supplements so if you mention supplements.. you instantly score a 1 :) i just wanna know the best sources to get the vitamins/minerals without taking supplements
Vitamin A strengthens the protective tissue of the skin, is essential for maintenance and repair of the tissue skin is made of, and is a powerful antioxidant which helps flush toxins from your body, which protects your skin.
