What vitamins are good for healthy skin and where is the best place to get these vitamins.
I am completely against supplements so if you mention supplements.. you instantly score a 1 :) i just wanna know the best sources to get the vitamins/minerals without taking supplements
Vitamin B complex helps to maintain even skin tone and improved circulation. You can get this vitamin by eating whole-grains and vegetables. See link below for more foods.
