my BEST FRIEND has been for me since 2nd grade, and i dont want anything to come between us.
last year i went out with a guy, umm lou..sure...and he broke up with me...but ive always been crushing on him since. just crushing...i still flirt with others and stuff, but my best friend..uhh..zoe....nos that i "like" him.
lately shes been flirting with lou alot, and she came out and told me she likes him more than a friend. i was really upset, but she promised me that she wouldnt hurt me by going out with him or anything.
so now she told LOU that she liked him, and im thinking that they are soon going to go out, cuz my other friend came up to me and was like, "do you hate zoe now??" and im like why and their like "oops nvm" and so i think they're gonna go out or already are.
so what im asking is should i just let them go and break my heart..but still have my friend and try to forget about it-or let this situation hurt my friendship and make her realize how bad she really hurt me.
ill rate high nomatter what cuz this is longish...thnx

What you should do is tell her how you feel. Don't get mad though cause that will make it worse. Just ask "Are you and LOU going out?" if she says yes then tell her "I thought you promised that you wouldn't HURT ME by going out with him and look what you are doing to me now" Look just talk it over. It least you two will forget somewhere.

i totally understand what your going through- i think that I wouldnt be mad if that was happening to me because- hey it's just a guy. but if you are -so are a lot of other people- thats fine! You should be- but not just at her, she was probably looking out for you by lying,- you should try to be kinda supportive so she feels comftorable talking to you about it b/c she can't control how she feels and it proably is just a bad timing thing... i would just put your happy face on for now- i mean- how long could it last- friends last WAY longer than boyfriends- they're just guys!

talk to zoe and ask her what you want to know... i say lou shouldn't break up your friendship.. theres no reason why your friendship should go down the drain over a boy! i mean theres PLENTY of others.. trust me.. and i know i know.. you only want this one.. but i promise there will be others.. and if zoe and lou do go out.. im sure there not going to last forever!... they will break it off eventually.. and plus... i think if she does go out with him.. i think you should be somewhat supportive/happy for her ... i know if this would have happened to me.. i would have been like "you know what.. he's not even worth our friendship.. go out with him i want you to be happy <3" alrightyy.. i hope i helped and im telling you if you need anything else just let me no okay?

Just ask your friend, if she really is your friend she would tell you. if she doesn't then i think u should forget yours and zoe's friendship. she promised u then broke it if she does or is. I'd go up to lou and tell him this then ask him. hope i helped.

What you should do is speak to your friend about this ask her if she is going out with hi don't let them break your heart, she is not worth as a true friend,also remember that she told you she wouldn't do that to you which will mean she lied to you.You should also make her realize how she hurted you.You should froget about lou and move on to another guy but be careful with your friends not to try to take him away from you.When you meet the guy you're interested in start a conversation before another girl does the sooner the better.
