Okay well My problem is I like someone that is about 3 yrs older and i dunno what to do about this cuz my b-day is soon so i will be 16 and he is 18 now so this makes me only 15 and i heard it's jailbate, so should i still date him? I really like him a lot and he treats me so good...

yes you should. wat do you have to loose? there are alot of people who have an even bigger age dif than that. so go for it! life is short so go on and live it.
