Should I date him even though he's way older then I ?
Okay well My problem is I like someone that is about 3 yrs older and i dunno what to do about this cuz my b-day is soon so i will be 16 and he is 18 now so this makes me only 15 and i heard it's jailbate, so should i still date him? I really like him a lot and he treats me so good...

I honestly don't think that age difference is to much. I know a lot of people with boyfriends that are like 4 or 5 years younger. If you two really care for each other then it shouldn't even matter. Tell this guy that you like him say " you know i think that we should go out I think your cool and the age difference doesnt matter much. Have fun and hopefully he say yes. Good luck!

It's not illegal to date him, it's just illegal to sleep with him (that's satatory rape). But I say yes, if you like him date him! I reccomend talking it over with your parents though. Good luck!

Whoa. That is just like me and my boyfriend he's 19 going on 20 in a few months and i just turned 17 2 monthes ago. Yeah it's jailbate but only if your parents press charges. So hopefully he gets along with your parents or trys to stay on their good side until your 18.

3 years is defenetlly not a big difference. You have nothing to loose so just for it. It he treats you right and you both care about each other then thats perfect. But see there is a little problem. It all depends on where you live. But I don't tihnk just dating someone is jailbate. If you have sex though, it would be considered jailbate. But if its just kissing and stuff, you should be okay. You should totally date him because age is nothing but a number baby! If you like someone as much as you like him you should never let them go. I know that you think he treats you really well but any guy would treat a pretty girl well right?? Anyways the other thing to consider is if you guys decide to have sex and your parents find out somehow is he going to be going to jail?? I mean if you ask your parents if you could date him and they agree to the whole thing than date him..I mean you have nothing to lose.
