It's another crazy year in my world of entropy. I am engaged now and very excited. It will be a little while before we can get married due to money constraints, but it will happen.
I like things simple. I hope to give honest and useful advice. I don't believe in giving answers just to get good feedback. 98% of all questions put in my inbox will be answered. The only ones I don't answer are those too young to be here or too obscene/disrespectful. I don't know everything, but I think I can help a lot.

OK.. heres the deal..

I am 14 years old i weigh 225 lbs..*damn right * and i really need 2 loose weight! i know i can loose 10 lbs a month.. i want to loose 80 lbs. by the end of may.. i have been trying over the summer and that.. its been working good i lost 20 lbs.. but all of a sudden i started gaining weight!! i have been eatting better and excirsing more and everything.. does anyone know what 2 do?

If you are exercising, then you probably are gaining muscle mass. The good news is that muscles help you burn more calories. If you feel better, don't worry about it. 600 seems a little to little for a growing and active person. You can probably eat as much as 1000. The average person is supposed to eat 2000-2200. There will probably be a few months that you plateau and don't lose any, but keep it up. ***************** A plateau is when you stop losing weight for a little bit.
