Help.. sorta OK.. heres the deal..
I am 14 years old i weigh 225 lbs..*damn right * and i really need 2 loose weight! i know i can loose 10 lbs a month.. i want to loose 80 lbs. by the end of may.. i have been trying over the summer and that.. its been working good i lost 20 lbs.. but all of a sudden i started gaining weight!! i have been eatting better and excirsing more and everything.. does anyone know what 2 do?

Don't worry, it is most likely that you are gaining muscle and not fat, trust me just keep at it and you will see the differance in your clothes. and 20lbs! woah baby ure lucky! I would kill to lose that much. Congradulations =] ]
Your body's metabolism is probably fighting your diet, or you are gaining muscle. Instead of worrying about weight, look at your measurements instead. You should make it your goal to lose inches in your hips, waist and breasts rather than pounds on a scale. Muscle weighs more than fat does, and if you are excersizing, you may be gaining lean muscle mass. ]
I went on the Atkins diet and lost 50 lbs in 3 months. It's kinda strict but you don't have to count calories or fat grams. The only exercise I did was walking 3o minutes a day at least 3 times a week. You can find all the info you need about the Atkins diet at www.atkins.com

If you are exercising, then you probably are gaining muscle mass. The good news is that muscles help you burn more calories. If you feel better, don't worry about it. 600 seems a little to little for a growing and active person. You can probably eat as much as 1000. The average person is supposed to eat 2000-2200. There will probably be a few months that you plateau and don't lose any, but keep it up. ***************** A plateau is when you stop losing weight for a little bit. ]
i think you should cut down on eating .. and joqq and as much as you can.. and if that doesnt weork nd ur not happy but then end of may.. keep trying and styll aint happy get till ur happy nd` let ppl except you for who you are ]
hEy--it sounds like you have a real problem and i wanna help..dont let your weight lower your self esteem and you have to be patient when you want to lose all of that weight. You can't plan a time when your going to lose the weight by, just try your best and you'll see results.. The gym is probably the best place to start and eat a healthy diet. You might be gaining weight becasue your metabolism is slowing down because of the foods you are eating.. You might want to look into a nutritionist also..Go0d luck i hope i have helped ]
All i can really say is to keep up with doing what you've been doing.. eating really healthy, and getting plenty of exercise. Those are pretty much the only real ways to lose weight and keep it off.

OKAI well hmm i was over weight to but not that much no offense but okai some good tipps are tryen to cut down on ur carbs nd stuff nd drink alot of water nd cut the snacks out of ur daily meals lol ... nd when u doo eat ur meals eat verii small portions .. it works trust me .. but i onlee eat breakfast sumtimes nd dinner .. but most of the time i onlee eat dinner it works good but make sure u exersise u dont wanna look like a peice of skin lol .. jus like eat breakfast nd dinner but eat small portions ... ya kno .. like avoid breads nd shitt cuz that is soo fattning but eat alot of fruits nd vegi's cuz that helps burn fat !! GOOD LUCK !! ]
