OK.. heres the deal..

I am 14 years old i weigh 225 lbs..*damn right * and i really need 2 loose weight! i know i can loose 10 lbs a month.. i want to loose 80 lbs. by the end of may.. i have been trying over the summer and that.. its been working good i lost 20 lbs.. but all of a sudden i started gaining weight!! i have been eatting better and excirsing more and everything.. does anyone know what 2 do? hEy--it sounds like you have a real problem and i wanna help..dont let your weight lower your self esteem and you have to be patient when you want to lose all of that weight. You can't plan a time when your going to lose the weight by, just try your best and you'll see results.. The gym is probably the best place to start and eat a healthy diet. You might be gaining weight becasue your metabolism is slowing down because of the foods you are eating.. You might want to look into a nutritionist also..Go0d luck i hope i have helped
